Glass by Unrivaled
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Glass — a social media publishing platform operated by Unrivaled Marketing Solutions LLC ("Unrivaled," "we," "us," or "our") — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Glass lets our team and clients connect their own social accounts and publish and schedule content to them.
What we collect
- Account connection data. When you connect a social media account (for example, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn), the platform gives us access tokens and basic account information — such as the account name, profile details, and follower/post counts — so Glass can publish on your behalf and show you which account is connected.
- Your content. The posts, captions, images, and videos you create, schedule, or publish through Glass.
- Publishing activity. Records of what was scheduled, published, when, and to which account — so you can review and manage your posts and confirm they succeeded.
- Basic technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to keep the Service secure and working.
How we use it
We use this information solely to provide the Service: to authenticate your connected accounts, publish and schedule the content you direct us to, retrieve the account and post information needed to display your dashboard and confirm posts succeeded, and keep the platform secure. We do not use your connected-account data or content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Platform data and its limits
Data we obtain from a connected platform's API is used only to operate Glass for you. We handle it in accordance with that platform's developer and API policies, use it only for the purposes you authorize, and do not repurpose it. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you request. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes Glass's access going forward.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers we rely on to run the Service (hosting and data storage), who process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes, and with the connected platforms themselves when we publish your content at your direction. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service's rights, safety, or integrity.
How long we keep it
We retain connected-account data and publishing records for as long as your account is connected and as needed to operate the Service. When you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it unless we are required to retain it by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect any account at any time; review, edit, or delete your scheduled content; and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or California privacy law), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them within the time the law requires. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Security
We use reasonable measures — including secure token storage and restricted access — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Glass is a professional tool not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
